"text": "# Microsoft Tightens Email Rules: Are You Ready? 🚀\n\nAre you sending more than 5,000 emails per day to Outlook.com? Then get ready! Starting May 5, 2025, Microsoft is raising its authentication requirements, joining Google and Yahoo in their fight against spam and fraudulent emails.\n\n## What Microsoft Expects From You in 2025 🎯\n\n* **SPF (Sender Policy Framework)**: You'll need to clearly indicate in your DNS who is authorized to send emails on behalf of your domain. No more approximations!\n* **DKIM (DomainKeys Identified Mail)**: Each email must carry a DKIM digital signature to prove its authenticity. Yes, every email - no exceptions!\n* **DMARC (Domain-based Message Authentication, Reporting & Conformance)**: Set up a DMARC policy at least at `p=none` and align it with SPF or DKIM (though ideally, we recommend both!)\n\n## What Happens If You Don't Comply? 😱\n\nDon't panic... well, maybe a little:\n\n* Your emails may end up directly in the «Junk folder».\n* If you continue to ignore these rules, Microsoft may outright reject your emails. Ouch!\n\n## Why Is Microsoft Doing This? 🤔\n\nNot to bother you, we promise! The goal is to improve user security, reduce spam and phishing, and restore trust in inboxes.\n\n## Best Practices to Stay Compliant and Calm 😎\n\n* **Perfect DNS you will have**: Ensure SPF, DKIM, and DMARC are flawless.\n* **Your reputation you will monitor**: Use Microsoft SNDS, Google Postmaster, or other effective tools to keep an eye on your reputation.\n* **Easy unsubscription you will offer**: Make life easier for your recipients with one-click unsubscription to avoid complaints.\n\nBy anticipating these changes, you'll protect not only your reputation but also boost your deliverability. And that's always a good thing! ✨"
